Middle Eastern Side Dish

Very good Middle Eastern salad. Goes very well with falafal or hummus, to have greens along with your meal.
Ingredients:
| 4 | tomatoes (plum) chopped 1 inch | |
| 1 | medium | cucumber chopped 1 inch |
| 0.5 | bunch | parsley chopped |
| 2 | tablespoon | mint, few leaves chopped |
| 1 | package | mixed bag of lettuce,radishes and baby spinach |
| 2 | bunch | scallion chopped |
| 1 | pepper (green) chopped 1 inch | |
| 4-5 | small | pita bread |
| 3 | tablespoon | olive oil (extra virgin) |
| 3 | tablespoon | lime juice |
| sumac powder | ||
| salt |
Directions:
Mix all the above ingredents and serve fresh.
