Indian Breakfast

Good South Indian dish if you like the taste of food from South of India. It’s good breakfast to serve on the weekends, or you have company.
Ingredients:
| 1 | cup | cream of wheat |
| 3 | tablespoon | cooking oil |
| 1 | teaspoon | mustard seeds |
| 1 | tablespoon | urad dal |
| 3 | tablespoon | cashew nut |
| 1 | onion (yellow) |

| 7-8 | chiles (green) |
|
| 7-8 | curry leaves |
|
| 1 | inch | ginger |
| pinch | asafoetida |
|
| 3 | tablespoon | lemon juice |
| 3 | cup | water |
| 0.5 | cup | cilantro |
| salt |
Directions:
1. Heat the oil and add mustard seeds. When start crackling, add urid daal.
2.Add pieces of cashews and fry till light pink.
3.Add chopped green chillis, chopped onion,curry leaves, and chopped ginger along with the asafotedia, and saute till the onions are soft.
4.Add cream of wheat and saute for 10 minutes till it looks roasted and smells good.
5.Add boiling water to the mixture and mix well. Add the lemon juice, lower the heat, and cover and cook for 10-12 min.
6.Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving and enjoy.
