Ingredients:

3/4 cup cottage cheese
1 tablespoon flour (white)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper ground
1 teaspoon garlic
1 can atichoke hearts
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Blend the first five ingredients until smooth. Add artichokes and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and process until chunky. Place in baking dish, sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes until bubbly. Serve with crackers/tortilla chips.
