Middle Eastern Appetizer

Great for sandwiches as a spread! Just slice cucumbers, tomatoes, onions; put them in between two slices of bread spread with liberal serving of the cilantro hummus. Tastes just like chutney sandwich!! This is basically the sandwich called “Mediterranean Veggie” s/w at Panera.
Ingredients:
| 1 | can | chickpeas (canned) |
| 1 | bunch | cilantro chopped roughly |
| 2-3 | chiles (green) | |
| 2-3 | clove | garlic chopped roughly |
| 1 | tomatoes chopped roughly | |
| 1 | tablespoon | olive oil (extra virgin) |
Directions:
1. Wash and drain the canned chole
2. Put in a blender along with the coriander, chillies, garlic and tomato
3. Grind to a fine paste, add water if needed.
4. Add salt and olive oil
