Great for sandwiches as a spread! Just slice cucumbers, , onions; put them in between two slices of bread spread with liberal serving of the cilantro hummus. Tastes just like chutney sandwich!! This is basically the sandwich called “Mediterranean Veggie” s/w at Panera.


Ingredients:

1 can chickpeas (canned)
1 bunch cilantro chopped roughly
2-3 chiles (green)
2-3 clove garlic chopped roughly
1 tomatoes chopped roughly
1 tablespoon olive oil (extra virgin)

Directions:
1. Wash and drain the canned chole

2. Put in a blender along with the coriander, chillies, garlic and tomato

3. Grind to a fine paste, add water if needed.

4. Add salt and olive oil
