Alternately you can also make potato raita using the same spices (sans split mustard seed), but with two medium cooked potatoes.


Ingredients:

1 medium tomatoes chopped
0.5 cup cucumber chopped
3 scallion chopped
2 cup yogurt
0.25 teaspoon chili powder
0.25 teaspoon cumin powder
0.25 teaspoon split (brown) mustard seeds
1 tablespoon cilantro, fresh chopped, optional
salt, to taste

Directions:
Combine all the ingredients together.
