Alternately you can also make potato raita using the same spices (sans split mustard seed), but with two medium cooked potatoes.
Ingredients:
| 1 | medium | tomatoes chopped |
| 0.5 | cup | cucumber chopped |
| 3 | scallion chopped | |
| 2 | cup | yogurt |
| 0.25 | teaspoon | chili powder |
| 0.25 | teaspoon | cumin powder |
| 0.25 | teaspoon | split (brown) mustard seeds |
| 1 | tablespoon | cilantro, fresh chopped, optional |
| salt, to taste |
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients together.
