This is a you can whip up just before leaving for work (which I did) and I had a yummy healthy lunch at work (which I usually don’t).


Ingredients:

1 bunch aragula chopped roughly
10 leaf (baby)
1 cup cooked
teaspoon feta cheese crumbled
5-6 mushroom (button), baby bellas sliced
3-4 olives (kalamata) chopped
1 pinch garlic powder
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon vinegar (balsamic)
1 tablespoon orange flavored cranberries (Trader Joe

Directions:
1. Combine the ingredients.

2. Give it a good toss

3. Add salt, pepper to taste

4. Chill in the refrigerator for cooling.
