This is very similar to sauteed but these leaves are slightly tougher and so don’t become completley wilted. They have a nice crunchy flavour even when cooked and it tastes great as a side dish with any !

Sauteed Greens and Roasted Veggies Soup

When I made it, I didnt grind the along with roasted veggies, although the recipe said so. It takes a while for the to cool down and I was short of time. However it tasted pretty good so you might want to try it that way too!
